Day 1
We flew Fiji Airway direct from Singapore to Nadi International Airport, which took about 10 hours 30 mins flight time. We departed Singapore at 855pm and arrived at Nadi International Airport at around 1050am local time, flight time about 9h30m. We paid SGD1233 for the return fare for the two of us, taking advantage of the promotional fares. Upon clearing the custom, we headed to our hotel in Denarau area for our 3 night accommodation @ Radisson Blu FJD1,844. Out of custom by 1150am. Fine FJD400 for bring chicken packs. Exchange USD200. Took a cab at 12 noon @ 30 FJD, arriving around 1225pm. The room was only ready at around 230pm and hence we killed some time flying drone near the hotel and relaxing in the hotel lobby. After settling in our room, we headed to Denarau Marina, which is about 30 mins walk from Radisson Blu. Did some shopping and enjoyed some free performances at the mall before having our dinner at Amalfi Italian Port Denarau. We only had two appetisers and a glass of draught beer as we won’t too hungry. Total bill FJD48.50. Walked back to hotel and rest and relax. |

Day 2
We joined a snorkeling trip via Viator to swim with reef sharks in Kuata Island (SGD444 for the two of us). Free pickup from our hotel at 8am to Denarau Port and checked into Sea Cruises, which departed 845am sharp. The boat ride took about 2 hours to arrive at Barefoot Kuata Island. After collecting our flippers and snorkeling gears, we took a 20 mins ride to the reefs to swim with black tip and white tip reef sharks. Swam about 30-45 mins and finished by 1240pm. Headed back to the island for lunch and free time till 315pm. Back to Denarau Port around 530pm and took the free shuttle back to Radisson Blu. |

Day 3
Signed up for a snorkeling tour with the hotel’s travel agent for FJD220 each. Picked up from hotel 850am and the catamaran sail boat (Coral Cats) departed 930am. After 1h40min sailing, we’ve reached our first snorkeling spot, Coral Garden. Spend about 1-1.5 hours snorkeling here before sailing to Malamala island for lunch. After lunch, we went to the second snorkeling spot near a sandbank and spend about 30-45 mins before sailing back to Denarau Port. Dinner at the hotel restaurant |
