Day 1
We flew SingaporeAir from Singapore to Seoul, which took about 6 hours 15 mins direct flight and arrived at Incheon Airport at around 10pm local time. Upon clearing the custom, we took a free shuttle bus to our hotel near Incheon Airport. The airport shuttle is at exit number 3 at departure hall level. The shuttle bus came 1053pm and took about 5 mins to our hotel. Checked in and rest and relax. |

Day 2
Picked up the rental car at 1015am and off to our first stop Sinpo International Market. We rented a 9-seater Kia Carnival for S$1,362 for 7-day. Shopping and had lunch and tea break here and left the place at around 520pm. Next we drove to Sorae Pogu Traditional Fish Market for dinner. Lots of seafood restaurants and shops selling live seafood here. We paid 215,000 won for a 3.3-3.4kg live king crab, and ordered a pot of mix clams, oysters , (50k won), medium sized sea eel (40k), two bottles of Makkoli (6k), plus cooking fee of 21k for the king crab. After dinner, we drove to Seoul to check into our apartment for the next five nights (S$260 a night) |

Day 3
Left the apartment around noon time and headed to Namdaemun. Reached the car park opposite Namdaemun (Gate 4) at around 110pm. Spend 5 hours here and had lunch in one of the restaurants in kid clothing street. At around 6plus pm, we walked to the oldest Ginseng Chicken soup restaurant, which is about 10 mins walk from Namdaemun. Had the traditional chicken soup for 16,000 won each. Picked up car at 850pm (car park fee 30,000 won) and drove back to apartment. |

Day 4
Departed apartment at around 1230pm to Myeongdong for BBQ lunch at Wangbijib. We ordered two set lunches (one port and one beef) plus a seafood pancake (48,000 won). After lunch, it’s shopping time in Myeongdong. At around 6pm, we had dinner at 草原yakiniku (97,000 won). Left Myeongdong at around 9pm and back to apartment. Carpark fee 30,000 won. |

Day 5
After having breakfast in the apartment, we head out to Dongdaemun at around 1220pm. We parked our car in JW Marriott Dongdaemun before 1pm and spend the whole day shopping in Dongdaemun area. We had late lunch at 陳元祖補身chicken soup (50,000 won) and continued to shop in the hiking gear area before walking to Kwangjang Market for dinner (2 bean pancakes, 4,000 won each). Thereafter, we continue to shop at Dongdaemun Fashion Street before driving back to the apartment at around 915pm. Carpark fee 36,000 won. |

Day 6
Left the apartment at around 12 noon and walked over to Hongdae. On the way, we stopped by at a restaurant for lunch (51,000 won). Thereafter, we walked over to Hongdae shopping street for more shopping. Went to Makgeolli Salon for Makgeolli (34,000 won), before walking back to our apartment at around 9pm. Bought 1kg of fried chickens at the famous Kychong Chicken for takeaway (18,000 won) and two bottle of beers and one bottle of Makgeolli from convenient store (6,100 won) and had our dinner in the apartment. |

Day 7
Checked out from apartment at around 9am and make our way to Jeonju, the birthplace of Bibimbap. Supposed to be a 3-hr drive but ended more than 5 hours due to the bad traffic jam and few toilet break. Reached Jeonju at around 215pm for Bibimbap lunch at Hanguggwan (main branch) and left Jeonju at around 3pm. Drive towards Jinhae for the cherry blossom festival, but stopped along the way for photos with whole stretch of cherry blossom along the road and a river. By the time we reached Jinhae, it’s about 9pm. Stopped at the Yeojwacheon Stream in Jinhae for the lighted Cherry Blossom Festival, and left the place for Busan at closed to 11pm, reaching our Busan Airbnb apartment at around 1230am. Toll (29,800 won), lunch (51,000 won), dinner (30,000), Petrol (77,000+50,000) |

Day 8
Left our apartment closed to noon to have BBQ lunch at Song-Won-Wang Galbi in Yongwon-dong, Jinhae-gu. Tasty food and good service (137,000 won). After lunch at around 3pm plus, we drove to Jinhae’s Cherry Blossom Festival again, this time visiting the other popular site, Gyeonghwa Station where there’s two row of cherry blossoms along the railway track. We spend about 1.5 hours here before driving to Lotte Mart for last minute shopping. We had our simple dinner inside Lotte Mart and returned to apartment by 1035pm. Day 9:
Woke up 230am and set off to Incheon Airport at 3am. We arrived at the airport at around 850am, including few toilet breaks and to pump petrol (11,000 won) along the way. Total toll fee today was 29,000 won. Checked into SQ for our flight back at row J and home sweet home. End of our 9 day tour. |
