Had breakfast at our accommodation at 830am and rented a bike for 4 days (PHP350/day). The bike was delivered to our accommodation in the morning. After collecting the bike, we set off to Osmena Peak, which is the highest peal in Cebu, at around 1130am. Along the way, we stopped near Kawasan Fall at around 1220pm for 10 mins to take some drone videos and pumped 2 litre of petrol costing PHP120. Arrived at Osmena Park parking at around 2pm (parking fee is based on donation; we paid PHP20). Entrance fee to the peak is PHP 30 each. The hike to the top took us about 15 mins. It wasn't very crowded when we arrived (less than 10 people including us), and the view is beautiful up here. Left the place around 340pm and ride to Nan Hai Restaurant for Chinese food dinner (PHP640), arriving around 5pm. After dinner, we headed back to Moalboal and stopped at a shopping mall till 730pm before riding to Altrove for a drink (PHP 170). Back to hotel at 830pm. |

Day 3 - Moalboal (Cebu)
Rest and relax in our accommodation after having our breakfast at around 9am. Ride the bike out to Panagsama Beach (only 5 minsbike ride away) and had our lunch at Cafe Cebuano, a cafe facing the beach. We had the specialty Pizza in Moalboal, which is pizza with Mango toppings (not bad). After lunch, we rest for an hour before going down the water to see the amazing sardine run. The number of sardines here is stunning (according to report, there could be up to a million sardines here). We also spotted two sea turtles in the shallow water. Really an awesome swim not to be missed while in Moalboal. We swam for about 2 hours before going back to shower and relax. Dinner was at Makan located in Panagsama. We had grilled fish, prawns, and hot pan sotong for dinner. |

Joined a private tour with Mcrich Canyoneering to do the Kawasan Waterfall Canyoneering excursion. We paid PHP1,500 each including transfer, lunch and a guide. Left the hotel around 715am and finished the activities by 1230pm. At the beginning of the hike, you have a choice of doing the zipline (PHP500 each for a min), or walk 45 mins. We opted the lazy way :) We would strongly recommend people to do this excursion, a great experience, and beautiful scenery along the way. The jump gets more fun, starting at 4m, 7m, 10m, and ends with 12m height. People who don't want to jump can also choose to walk down. After lunch, they send us back to our hotel. It was a rainy day back in Panagsama area, and hence we decided to ride to the shopping mall and spend our time indoor. Dinner was at McDonald after we were done with our shopping. |
